Báo VNEXPRESS: Không khí Giáng sinh tại Grand Mercure Hanoi
Grand Mercure Hanoi, located at 9 Cat Linh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi, embraces the festive Christmas spirit as the year draws to a close. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by two Nutcracker soldiers standing guard beside a beautifully adorned Christmas tree at the entrance. In Western culture, this imagery symbolizes good fortune, warding off negativity, and protecting families.
Stepping through the entrance into the lobby, the Christmas spirit fills every corner of the pathways.
A fireplace model is placed in the main lobby, next to the Christmas tree adorned with sparkling glass ornaments. Above it hangs a snow-dusted wreath and golden candlelights. According to the hotel manager, the entire setup is designed to resemble scenes from old films, evoking a sense of warmth and togetherness during the chilly winter season.
Not far from the fireplace display is a festive check-in corner featuring Santa Claus dressed in brocade. According to the hotel’s representative, this image represents the blend of Vietnamese and Western cultures. The Christmas tree makes another appearance, adorned with ornaments and surrounded by dozens of gift boxes, evoking the excitement of awaiting presents from Santa Claus.
At the base of the Christmas tree, fluffy teddy bears are seated atop gift boxes, thoughtfully arranged in cozy little corners.
The check-in area in the lobby of Grand Mercure Hanoi is adorned with small towers of twinkling firefly lights.
The pathway to the Executive Lounge is adorned with Christmas-themed paintings.
On the rooftop of Grand Mercure Hanoi, golden Bottega sparkling wine bottles are elegantly arranged into a pyramid shape. According to the hotel management, this display will be the highlight of the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party 2025 at Vivu Sky Bar. The event will welcome guests starting at 9:00 PM on December 31st.
This Christmas, Grand Mercure Hanoi is also introducing a series of culinary events, including a Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24th, a New Year’s Eve Party on December 31st, and the Grandezvous Buffet on every Saturday night, featuring festive-themed dishes and Western herbs and spices.
The Feliz Festivi-Tea afternoon tea is also specially designed for this occasion at Văn’s Lounge.
Guests at the hotel can relax at the spa, enjoying special Christmas-themed service packages.
